Additionally included in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a key identifying various areas of the property.
